All orders will dispatched in the next business day, We only use express post from Australia post office, depends on the delivery location, normally you’re expected to receive your order the next 2-3 business days.

Yes, After we have posted your order you will soon get an update on delivery with the Express post tracking link.

At the moment, we only accept payments via bank transfer. Please note that credit card payments or other gateways are not available.

You will need a prescription from an authorised prescriber in Australia on the 1st of October 2021. You don’t need a prescription for orders of RELX device, 0% nicotine pods, and accessories. However, pods that contain Nicotine need a prescription on your order.

Contact us if you have received damaged or faulty orders. We’ll sent out the replacement on your next purchase if warranty was granted.

We normally process your order on the same day, If your order hasn’t been posted out, please contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to change it.
